Healing Sessions
Individual sessions focusing on healing can be done in person or in a distant format.
In Person
Healing in person is often done on a massage table. After an initial discussion with the practitioner about what you would like from the session, you remove your shoes for comfort, lie down and are covered with a light blanket. The practitioner will be gently placing their hands on or slightly above different, non-intrusive body positions as you receive all three phases of CCT. For a full description of these phases please read CCT…What is it? After phase two, you’ll be asked to state your intentions. During this part of the session other modalities may be introduced as well. Completion of the session then follows. A receiver usually feels relaxed, revitalized, balanced, centered, grounded and expanded after a session.
A mini session is done in a chair and lasts 15-20 minutes. For a version of this and a first hand experience of CCT try out the website's mini session.

Distance Format
Each CCT practitioner develops their own unique style for working long distance. Some will ask you to lie down and listen to a spoken CCT session, that can be experienced much like an alchemical meditation. You may very well feel or perceive energy shifting throughout your body. As in all sessions intentions are discussed and clarified, then anchored in through all levels, components and systems of the body.
